How information is used in There Is No Floor and on this website.

Who makes the game

There Is No Floor is a single-player puzzle game developed by Joginder Tanikella. You can contact me about this policy at joginder dot tanikella at gmail dot com.

Guest play and local progress

You can play without signing in. Progress and settings are saved on your device. For online features and checkout, Supabase creates an anonymous game identifier. The game syncs completed levels to that identifier when connected. RevenueCat associates verified purchases and remaining purchased supplies with it.

Losing the identifier can prevent recovery of synced progress and unused supplies. This release does not offer email-based account transfer or recovery.

Optional purchases

Apple processes iOS payments and Google Play processes Android payments. RevenueCat verifies purchase transactions and maintains purchase and supply records associated with your game identifier. I do not receive your payment-card details.

A purchase callback in the game does not grant supplies or heroes until the backend verifies them. Store and payment providers may retain transaction records for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Online progress and leaderboards

Supabase stores synced level progress, stars, purchase balances, and verified online attempts. Local progress can unlock levels while offline. Only server-verified clears count toward the public leaderboard.

Session credentials stay in the app’s private device storage; iOS uses device-only Keychain protection.

Website support messages

When you use the support form, you provide your name, email address, topic, and message. Device details and your Player ID are optional. This information is sent through Resend to my support inbox so I can respond to your request.

Your email address is used as the reply address. Messages are handled by Resend and my email provider as part of delivery and support correspondence. You can read Resend’s privacy policy for information about its service.

The form uses temporary, hashed identifiers derived from your email and network address to limit repeated submissions, and request identifiers to prevent duplicate emails. Hosting services may process ordinary connection and security logs when serving the site.

Please include only information needed to resolve your request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Launch notification emails

If you choose “Notify me at launch,” your email address is saved in a dedicated launch notification list in Resend. It is used to email you when There Is No Floor is available to download, with the official store link. Signing up does not create a game account or subscribe you to other updates.

The signup form uses temporary, hashed identifiers derived from your email and network address to limit repeated requests. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by contacting joginder dot tanikella at gmail dot com or using the data deletion form. Launch emails will also include an unsubscribe link.

Website analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Vercel collects page-view information, including the pages visited, referring site, approximate location, and browser, operating system, and device type. Reports are aggregated.

Vercel uses a hash generated from incoming requests instead of third-party cookies, and discards the visitor session after 24 hours. The website does not use advertising trackers. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation for details.

Service providers

The game uses Apple or Google Play, Supabase, and RevenueCat for payments, cloud storage, and purchase verification. Website forms use Resend for support email delivery and storage of launch notification signups. Vercel provides website hosting and Web Analytics. Information is sent over encrypted connections.

I do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising tracking.

Deleting your game account

You can delete your game account from Settings. This removes its cloud progress and remaining game supplies. Store and payment providers may retain transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Deleting the app removes its local files; it does not by itself delete a cloud account.

You can also request account or specific-data deletion on this website, including deletion of support correspondence while keeping your game account. The page explains verification, processing time, and records that may be retained.

Questions or information requests

For a question about your information, or a request to access, correct, or delete support correspondence, email joginder dot tanikella at gmail dot com. Include your Player ID if the request concerns game data, so I can identify the relevant records.

This page will be updated when the game or website’s information practices change.
